Switchboard, MD is excited to announce that Han Bao has joined us as our Director of Data Engineering. Han joins the engineering team with a deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and automation—areas in which he has demonstrated proficiency throughout his career. In this role, Han will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions that drive innovation within our platform.

Before joining Switchboard, MD, Han worked at AWS, contributing to Zero Touch initiatives, streamlining infrastructure deployments, and eliminating manual processes. His work on global-scale projects, including optimizing network infrastructure and automating convergence monitoring across regions, showcases his ability to handle complex systems while ensuring efficiency and scalability.

At Switchboard, MD, Han is eager to apply his knowledge and experience to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our technical infrastructure. His background in automation and scalability will help drive continuous improvement in how we serve our clients and partners, so we can continue to efficiently deliver top-notch solutions for healthcare providers.

Han holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and we are excited to see the fresh perspectives and technical innovations he will bring to our team.
