Welcome, Shaquelle Levy, Cloud Engineering Analyst

We are proud to celebrate the success of Shaquelle Levy, who recently joined Switchboard, MD full-time as our Cloud Engineering Analyst. Shaq’s journey with Switchboard, MD began through Optimum Healthcare IT's CareerPath program, which has been instrumental in helping us find top-tier talent throughout the past year.

Upon initially joining Switchboard, MD, as a contractor in 2023, Shaq's technical expertise and commitment to excellence became quickly apparent. He has taken on essential responsibilities, such as SOC audits, AWS provisioning, and system administration. His contributions have strengthened our technical infrastructure, allowing us to solidify our compliance and security while enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Shaq has quickly proven to be a vital team member—not only for his technical skills but also for his dedication and proactive approach to solving complex challenges. His work has positively impacted our ability to meet the evolving needs of our clients, and we are grateful to have him on board.
